About Dr. Nikki Bajaj HOPE Hematology & Oncology Associates LLC is an adult care practice centrally located in Iselin, New Jersey. Led by Triple Board-certified Internist, Hematologist, and Medical Oncologist Nikki Bajaj, MD, the practice offers personable, one-on-one care to every new and returning patient. Dr. Bajaj’s wide-ranging medical background allows her to treat patients with individualized care, from simple to complex, using the latest knowledge in her fields of specialty. Dr. Bajaj completed her Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship as a chief fellow at St. Jospeh Regional Medical Centre, NJ, an affliate of New York Medical College, a member of the Touro College and University System. She finished her Internal Medicine Residency at Seton Hall University, West orange, NJ. Prior to her residency, Dr. Bajaj was a research assistant at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. During her training, she published a multitude of journal articles and case reports. Dr Bajaj has been practicing medicine for about eight years in the states of New Jersey, Michigan and Missouri, intially as a hospitalist / Internist and then a specialist in Hematology & Oncology after completing her fellowship training. This has provided her immense exposure and opportunity to acqquire substantial clinical grounding in the management of various aspects of acute and chronic diseases. She believes the most important aspect of cancer treatment is patient education and shared decision making for an individualized, evidence based and comprehensive treatment plan for all her patients. Throughout her career, Dr. Bajaj has accumulated experience treating malignant cancers, benign hematological disorders, and high-risk pregnancies. In her current role at HOPE, Hematology & Oncology Associates LLC, she specializes in diagnosing and carefully treating skin cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and brain tumors. She also frequently sees patients for bleeding disorders and anemia. Dr. Bajaj is consistently recognized for her stand-out drive, personability, and communication skills in four languages.
